Xiaoying joined PKS in 2024 and brings a diverse background spanning different industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Birmingham and is passionate about building strong, people-centered systems. At PKS, she oversees payroll, benefits and HR operations, always aiming to support staff with care and professionalism.

Xiaoying is committed to staying humble and continuously learning, both personally and professionally. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring different cuisines, and gaining fresh perspectives from different cultures and stories.
