Process and Timeline

Complete our inquiry form
We use Blackbaud for our admissions process. Upon submitting the form, you will receive a welcome email from us, as well as an email from Blackbaud inviting you to create your Blackbaud ID (BBID). Once you have created a BBID, you will be able to view and register for information sessions and tours.
- Required: Attend an on-campus information session and tour, offered at various dates and times from October through January (details and registration in Blackbaud). If you are applying from outside the Bay Area and cannot join an on-campus session, please reach out for options.
- Optional: Attend other events that are of interest to you (details provided as events become available).
- Preschool school applications (available via Blackbaud) for the 2026-2027 school year are due by January 12, 2026. Please let us know if you need a waiver of the $100 application fee.
- Adjusted Tuition applications for the 2026-2027 school year become available in November and are due in late January, 2026. Please let us know if you need a waiver of the application fee.
Admissions decisions and Adjusted Tuition determinations are made separately but emailed in the same timeline.
